3. User Accounts

  • A valid account is required for access
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
  • Any unauthorized or illegal use may result in suspension or termination
  • Notify us immediately of any security breach

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Fees are billed according to your subscription order
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice
  • No refunds unless specifically stated in your order agreement
  • Billing terms are outlined in your subscription documentation

5. Intellectual Property

  • All platform software, content, and branding are owned by Tayu
  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service
  • Reverse engineering, sublicensing, or redistribution is strictly prohibited

  • Tayu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice
  • Tayu may terminate immediately if you breach these terms
  • Upon termination, your access is revoked and data may be deleted after 30 days

9. Compliance and Export Control

You must comply with all applicable export laws related to software and data transfer.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden
  • Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malmö, Sweden

11. Force Majeure

Tayu is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, infrastructure failures)
